1. Confirm your slot below on or before May 10, 2012
(Thursday). Non-confirmation means you do not intend to pursue the program.
2. To complete your shifting application, submit or mail the following to: The Undergraduate Programs Director, Room 107 College of Business Administration, UP Diliman, Quezon City 1101:
a. College Clearance (request this from your home college)
b. Permit to Transfer (request this from your home college)
c. Duly-accomplished Student Directory (download here, print and fill out)
Submit these documents on or before May 17, 2012 (Thursday) to enable the CRS team to update your registration status. This will allow you to pre-enlist in courses you would like to enroll in for the 1st Semester. If we receive your documents after May
17, you might not be able to pre-enlist which means you have to prerog during the registration period in June.
3. Admitted students may pick up their Notice of Admission
at CBA Room 105 starting Tuesday, May 8. Those unable to get their
Notice of Admission may request for a soft copy by emailing jojonas@up.edu.ph.
Please identify your Name, Student Number, Accepted Degree Program and Contact Numbers
in your email.
4. The Orientation Session for shiftees and transferees is on June 6, 2012 (Wednesday), 8 - 10 am at BA Room 308. You are REQUIRED to attend this session to understand
CBA’s academic and retention policies and to prepare you for the 1st Sem registration that will start on June 7, 2012 (Thursday).
